Our goals:
Our school library serves all grade levels and content areas. Students attend the library once every other week. Students in grades PK-2 visit the library for story time and to get acquainted with their school library. Grades 3-5 attend sessions to acquire basic library and research skills, and they also have an opportunity to participate in the Accelerated Reading Program. Grades 6-8 brush up on their library skills and check out materials.
Junior High Book Clubs are available to interested students and take place once a month during lunch/recess.
- Promote literacy and the love of reading.
- Provide resources to student body and to enrich classroom experiences.
- Support school curriculum through collaboration.
- Provide a comfortable, organized and welcoming environment for MSW students and faculty.
